1. Get a letter from Senators and Lawmakers, that those H1B guys who have contributed to the economy by filling patents and doing reseach should get out of the country. I will be the one to get out first.
2. Lean this, business are been done to make profits. Employers in this country think about themselves not about you. Check John Hanity show and they will teach you the fundamentals. If employers don't earn any profits they won't do a business.

I have the same question as I think, it is not possible. How can you re-apply for the same job you are in currently, in EB2?
Yes you can -when you were eligible for the EB2 filing at the time of filing for EB3!
Why would someone do that u ask? Please call my employer and ask him this question. The answer is - so that you are stuck with him for few more years.

Over the past couple of days I have had 10 of my friends/colleagues who have signed the letter and they have been mailed out to the president. I also have copies of them to mail out to IV once I have all that I can get..
I plan to call my Senators & Congressman's office's today too. I believe we need to get through to our friends and colleagues and talk about the issues in this letter. I have yet to come across one person who does not agree that our situation needs the attention of the administration.
I know I can get a few more of these letters signed by the end of this week.
Anyone out there who has more letters going out??:D

Signaling that the immigration issue faces a tough fight, the Senate Judiciary Committee is planning to produce a wide-ranging bill, while Senate leaders are poised to write their own legislation. A senior GOP leadership aide said Majority Leader Frist is operating on "two tracks" on immigration, waiting to see what the Judiciary panel produces "while being ready to act in lieu thereof to meet member interest of action on this bill."Judiciary Chairman Specter sounded confident that his panel would produce a bill that would wind up on the Senate floor. "The idea of having a leadership bill ... has been abandoned," he said last week. His panel will begin marking up immigration legislation March 2. A chairman's mark expected to be introduced this week will resemble the mark Specter circulated last year, which borrows components from various immigration proposals. It included the border security provisions in the plan introduced by Sens. John Cornyn, R-Texas, and Jon Kyl, R-Ariz., as well as the guestworker plan introduced by Sens. John McCain, R-Ariz., and Edward Kennedy, D-Mass.
Specter has characterized the mark as a "starting point" for debate.
Frist has told colleagues he wants to begin floor debate in late March, likely March 27. Senate aides said whether the bill will be written by the committee or leadership depends on how the Judiciary Committee markup goes. "If the committee keeps the bill solid, and if it gets it done on time, Frist won't need to introduce anything," one GOP aide said.
Frist, while touring immigration detention centers Tuesday in Long Beach and Los Angeles, said he opposes giving illegal workers amnesty, but said it was too soon for him to take a position on a guestworker program, which is likely to be the most contentious component of an immigration bill and has divided Republicans. The House passed legislation last year toughening border security and requiring companies to verify the legal status of their employees. Unlike the House bill, the Senate bill is widely expected to include some version of a guestworker program. The program included in the Kennedy-McCain bill would allow illegal workers to join a temporary guestworker program, after which they could be eligible for permanent citizenship if they meet criteria and pay a fine. I have posted this note on flower campaign related threads, I aplozise for polluting the threads but the point is to look forward and decide what do we want to do next.
With a successful flower campaign to USCIS, we must draw our conclusions from this success, and use the outcome to make the San Jose rally a success.
Please note that legal immigrants is a small handful set of people. Just a usual rally/demonstration will not make a dramatic impact. We have learned from the flower campaign that if we use innovative-peaceful ways of demonstrations, and manage Public Relations and Media well, we can be successful once again.
Please think and try to come up with some ideas. I have come up with these four ideas:
1. Project Martin Luther King Jr. as our hero in these rallies: Please understand that local Amrican people better understand about Martin Luther King Jr. andhis idealogy then M.K. Gandhi. My suggestion is that we should include large picture posters of Martin Luther King Jr. with a slogan "We legals too have a dream". We should also take Gandhi's posters. There is a possibility that all Black American organization may lend their support to us.
2. An act that attracts media attention: Please remember the scene from Gandhi movie when protesters led by Gandhi peacefully burned their resident permits in South Africa. To do something similar and show our symbolic protest against USCIS, we can publically burn a Photocopy of our H1B approvals (I-797). Please note that we are not asking people to burn the original I-797 approval but a photocopy of the document. This will send a message that taking the great pain in obtaining these legal documents are not helping us getting a better treatment by USCIS. This act will perfectly portrey the pain of legal immigrants and once again will attract media and newsprint to keeps us in headlines. This should be part of our demonstrations.
3. Waive American Flags: Please understand that recent media reports that only Indians are responsible for the flower campaign may hurt the campaign in the longer term. Please waive small American flags and show our solidarity with local Americans.
4. Distrubute a flower with a pamphlet to the people passing by at the demonstration site. A well worded paper will be required that can project our problems to the people.
Please share if you come up with innovative ideas to make these rallies a huge success.

Oh's website is like a thanks giving store sale. Stores advertise super duper low prices for stuff and when you get there, they will just say that the item is sold out. They only keep handful in the inventory so the first few who camped out overnight will get it and rest will get frustration. Oh also uses the same tactic. He just announces sensational news all the time so people keep visiting his web site and more often than not, he'll just go back and retract the statement. The idea is not to share news but to keep the traffic coming on his website and some might end up becoming his client.
I say the trick works. Even though I know that not everything he says can be trusted, I still visit his website to see if he has any new rumor.

If you are not happy with your salary in your profession and then people will get $5/hr due to outsourcing, then change your profession and accept globalization. You racist good for nothing folks had it good for very long. Do not expect $100/hr for HTML coding anymore.
If you want to launch a crusade against it, then how about openly declare with your name , phone number, address and start your website against it.

Since no one is against eliminating fraud on H1/L1 - atleast on this forum - is there any chance we can request messrs Durbib/Grassley to tack on issues/amendments to prefile 485 or polish AC21 to its true intent of freeing up workers? maybe they wont accede but atleast it will end up calling them out ontheir bluff of supporting worker rights and expose their fierce hatred of immigrants..
