Thank you for the response, but my situation is.....
1. My diploma certificate will be dated somewhere around December,2006.
2. My H1B approval notice says my H1 is valid from October-1, 2006.
3. For the current job I need MS degree, but I submitted a letter from my school saying all the course work is completed, but the diploma will be awarded in December, 2006.
So now my questions are....
a.) if I change my job after I receive my certificate, can I apply for green card on EB2 in my new job (assuming that my new jobs requires Masters too)?
b.) Should the date on the certificate be earlier than the affective date of H1B or should it be earlier than the joining date of the job I am applying my green card on?
Please suggest.

I find that fireworks mx is really cool for doing what you are trying to do if you can get your hands on it. Oh yeah and I think you should antialias the text a little bit. If you want honest opinions....I think the image could use a little jazzing up....Try this:
Find a nice big panoramic image like of a beach or something.. Then give it a real big gaussian blur (so that you cannt recoginze what it was)......U should already notice it looks similar to a gradient. 2. The give it a strong motion blur to the left or right (to soften the image) 3. Then do a an adjustment...hue.....and play with the saturation and settings. (You should have a pretty nice gradient looking abstract at this point). 4. Then duplicate the layer and play with that layers blend mode. I find luminosity to be cool but find one to suit your needs. That will make your text and image seem more interesting....right now it looks kinda dead in the water......I find gradients by themselves to be boring this day in age (most of the time). Let me know if you need a more indepth tutorial....this one was kinda weak but....hey

Per RFE for I485 they want the proof of Employment Authorization in US starting 12th April 2004 to present.
I was going thru my all the I-797 approvals for myself and I found that there is a discontinuity in one of the old approval notice.
WAC-01-XXX-XXXXX 07/15/2001 - 04/05/2004
WAC-04- XXX-XXXXX 04/30/2004 - 01/18/2005 (This approval start after 25 days)
But the extension petition was filed prior to expiration of WAC-01-XXX-XXXXX on 17th Dec. 2003. Approval notice has the receive date of 17th Dec 2003.
Could this gap be a issue, That is why they are asking starting 12th April 2004?
Per my Lawyer, no need to worry because the extension petition was filed before the expiration of other.
Please advice.

I talked to my lawyer and he suggests me to show address as per my tax return.. So I did that.
He said it doesn't matter even if you have license of different state and showing residence of different state.
In my case, addresses are totally messed up. I just put the addresses as per my tax return. And in my case I got H1 in Nov 2006 only (less than year), so there is a good chance of back-ground check.. Lets see

Hi All,
I am on H1 (beginning of my second 3 yr term on H1), EB2labor pending ( two US MS degrees in engineering) & I would like to apply for a full time MBA to NYU .
I would like to know if this is possible while being on H1. I know i can apply for a part time program.. but I would like to pursue a full time MBA or would I have to convert to a F1 ?..
How about pursuing a full time MBA with EAD ( 485 PENDING)
I would like to plan for a future scenario, as I would definitely want to pursue a MBA. Can you guys shed some light on this topic ?
It is possible to get an MBA full time on H-1 only if your company will give you a leave of absence for the duration (same case for EAD). Most of the firms don't have that long of absence permitted as per their policies. Therefore, most of the folks get the degree on F-1 status. F-1 status also works out good because by doing so you do not waste 2 yrs of your H-1 which you can use when you graduate. Alternatively, part time MBA is very much doable on H-1 status.

If FP is for GC, it usually gets OK in 2-10 days and then there will be a soft LUD. GC application remains in pending state for Priority Date, Processing Date and Name Check (now there is NC override of six months).
FP is not a bottleneck, except for few cases - they have not received FP notices for the past 8-10 months.
It is expected that Priority Date and Processing Date will be cause of delays

I'm trying to get my SSN Done. I'm on a dependent H4 Visa and have my H1 approval .
I visited the SSN office with My I797, State ID and Passport : SSN officer straightforwardly rejected as I dont have my EAD card.
The Officer asked me to visit USCIS office to apply for EAD.
Please help me with this situation..Does a H1 get an EAD and then a SSN?

They are already taking too much money out of us ...

At what stage am I determined as EB2 or EB3? Is it at the labor or I-140 stage?

When you apply for H4 for the new wife. Make sure you take the follwoing:
1. Divorce Decree.
2. New Marraige registration(India Marraige Registration). Take the Marraige certificate and the Copy of the Application(Application you provide at the local authority to get your new marraige registered). Also make sure you Check the Divorced in the application. US consulate wants to make sure you have given the right info to the Local authorities).
3. Based on your H1, your new wife will get her H4 stamped.(been through it so it works like a charm).
