    Hello All,

    My wife's AP was sent out on NOV13th according to online status and we didnt receive it till now and I called the USCIS today and the rep we didnt receive it back as undelivereable & once its once out of our office its not their concern & told re-applying is the only option.

    Issue?: My wife went to INDIA and she is on L1 and I was wondering when I re-apply her AP here, can she enter while her AP is pending approval ?
    her L1 is valid till June 2010.

    What are our options, please advise.

    If she has a valid L1 stamping in passport and she is still working for the employer she can enter without problems.

    We still in negotiation. not come to a stage where EAD has been asked for. i am wondering what else could they ask for other than EAD like do they need to provide any proof that they will sponsor my green card or do i need to file AC21 in advance.

    Are you a first time stamper OR have had a stamp before. If you have had a stamp before - read further...

    I believe you can change your appointment 2 times ( or probably three times only ). You should be able to change your appointment to Delhi if dates becomes available and you are within the limit of number of changes of appointments allowed.

    I travelled on mine 3 months after it was issued ( delay in getting wife's visa). I was questioned at the airport about the delay in travel. Explained the delay and got entry. It may be possible that they may like to speak to your immediate boss (carry his office and cell numbers)

    I think (my opinion) that Visas remains valid as long as the job offer, with the same company, is valid.

    Hi,

    I am currently in India.

    My Status:
    Jobless
    AP expires on August 10th 2010. Applied for AP extension since April 30th 2010. My AP extension hasn't arrived yet.

    Question:
    There is no way I can travel back to US before August 10th. As per what I heard, a newly issued AP cannot be used to reenter the U.S. if it was not valid as of the date of departure form the U.S. IS this correct?

    I've recently filed my 485.

    In my labor and I140 I have my job title as ' Data ware house architect'.

    My H1 says 'Programmer Analyst'. So while applying my 485 I menationed my current occupation as 'Programmer Analyst', which is different from what my labor and 140 says.Will this create any problem?

    Please advise.

    Date is July 20 i.e today

    I picked from USCIS press release links and first link is todays.

    Now if you agree it is todays release, then when do you expect July 2 - 17 receipts ?

    I am not sure if someone is in same situation.For my I140 it says the following

    Current Status: Document mailed to applicant.

    On April 1, 2009 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service.

    I am not sure what does this mean. If some one can throw some light.
