The tech at the Cingular store told me it would be next year before 5 will appear. Not sure how reliable that is or where he got his info. I asked him how sure of that he was. He stated he was very sure.

Basically, it allows people to easily inform the mods if there is a bad post. Currently, you have to PM the mods. This makes it easier. Oh, and if you abuse the system, you get punished.

Well, I think the current reporting system should continue to work just fine. It's not too difficult for someone to put a direct statement into the text box describing the problem.
I think we can figure out the problem without it going into a specific category ahead of time. ;)

Is there any way I can use my Powerbook as a monitor for my PS2?

I downloaded a movie rental before my travels and when I tried to play it an error message came up that said the movie is unable to play. I have tried restating the I pad 2 but it did not correct the problem. Any advice on how to correct this issue.

Read the product reviews before buying. Some people are complaining that some games are impossible to play on the iPhone screen. Additionally, some games just can't cross over into a touch screen environment because of joystick limitations.

This easily accessed location data on your phone was already widely known and used by police agencies since last year according to several articles, so you can just imagine what it is like for someone in a police state to have all their locations for the past year easily accessed when they are arrested.
1. There are reports that police in Michigan grab data from people's mobile phones - however, so far not a single victim of such illegal data grabbing has been found.
2. In a police state, it doesn't matter what information is on your phone. It doesn't matter where you have been, what matters is where they want you to have been. If they decide that you met person X at time Y at place Z to discuss overthrowing the government, it doesn't make any difference whether you have no iPhone, or an iPhone that shows you were there, or an iPhone that shows you were not there.

well this kinda goes along with the A-list requirements, for A-list you have to have a high enough minute plan, and if you do, like me, you never end up using your minutes because everyone you call is on your A-list. So I have 9000 rollover minutes... sheesh. And if i drop down a level, I lose all my rollovers, pay a fee, then have to bump it back up the next month anyway. It's just a complicated way of making sure I don't go over my minutes.
So I'll add this new feature tomorrow, and in 3 months I'll have 12000 rollover minutes. Hurray, i guess. :rolleyes:

Good. Let's keep the language clear an unencumbered with euphemism. Too bad nobody in any official capacity will do so - it is highly disturbing that our elected officials choose to lie about something that is obviously an open secret.
Now, the fact of the matter is, torture is unconstitutional, and the US is a party to a UN treaty outlawing torture. So I don't understand how it can possibly be legal under any circumstances. We are in breach of our own constitutional principles as well as international law.
Torture is wrong. I cannot support it as policy. As much as I recognize the need to gather intelligence from all sources including prisoners, I simply cannot speak out in favor of torture. It's not something that our society should value or accept, even against our enemies. Furthermore, it sets a bad example both internationally and at home.

Is it possible to put someone on your ignore list only for certain forums. Basically, I would like to be able to ignore certain posters in the PRSI but still see their posts in other forums as they aren't bad outside of the PRSI. Is this possible at all?
