Hi
I am qualified in finance;started my career in finance & continued for 4 yrs. then switched over to SAP implementation ; for over 3 yrs now, i have been into SAP implementation projects. I have H1B approved for SAP work.
Now, can I take up a job with a different title - say, "Finance Analyst" or "Corporate Finance"? I have been talking to various clients in California that are interested in offering me finance positions.

You will need to file an I-824 (USCIS - Application for Action on an Approved Application or Petition (http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=dd153591ec04d010VgnVCM10000048f3d6a1RCR D&vgnextchannel=db029c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1 RCRD)).
Please note that these applications typically take 3-5 months. Current processing time at USCIS: CSC is three months.
Thanks a bunch parablergh. 3months is a long time to get a replacement I797! I don't know if there is a shortcut to get the SSN by showing a notarized copy of the I797 that we have instead of waiting for the duplicate one from USCIS.

Who will be responsible for psychological torcher with less then 50% pay.

A Republican senator is coming to New York to rally support for an immigration reform plan that is winning many fans in immigrant circles. He'll likely arrive before New York's Democratic senators even take a public stance on the divisive issue.
Senator McCain, a Republican of Arizona who will likely run for president in 2008, will headline a town hall meeting and rally for immigration reform expected to attract 1,000 people to Lower Manhattan on February 27. The image quality at high ISO numbers is also a big concern to me as well. I have found it mentioned but not much other than that. I shoot a lot of low light level photos. While I love Olympus, I also have to be aware that Olympus will be introducing at least tw new dSLR's this year that could well eclipse the E-Volt and at the least force the E-Volt prices lower.
